RETURNS POLICY
Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging
To return any item please contact me at pascale.stanley@gmail.com Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. All items must be returned directly to:

Please note that I do not refund the cost of delivery unless your reason for a return is the result of an error made by Pascale Stanley Jewellery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. I recommend that you ship your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar to ensure the item is trackable and insured if lost. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach me are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment.
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
I do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and contact about the return is made within 48 hours of delivery.
Personalised jewellery cannot be refunded once made and/or delivered, unless there is a fault with the jewellery or damage has occurred in delivery.
Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If any damage is incurred by the customer from mis-use, you can contact me to discuss repair costs.
Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see Jewellery care instructions on how to avoid this.
International Returns: Please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label. You must also state that the item is of no retail value, as I can not accept customs charges to receive your return. I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for return as I cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach me safely. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note I do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.
